Animal shelter

Mas Campassol is also – and above all – home to a shelter for rescued animals that is part of Fundació Empatia, focused on raising awareness about animal welfare and the protection of nature.

We carry out educational and Green Care activities for children in our natural environment. In the future, animal-assisted intervention programs will be developed for groups in vulnerable situations, always respecting the time and needs, thus protecting the welfare of users and inhabitants of the shelter.

We feed the animals of the shelter and take them to the meadow every day. This is a special moment of well-being and happiness for everyone!
Our guests are welcome to join us and learn a little more about their behavior, their nature, their past and what we can do to help them. ❤️
The Empatía Shelter is a continuously growing family that already has dogs, cats, equines, sheep and chickens.
